Hey Lewis, thanks for the video. I have a question about this for working with our big (45kg+) 3 year old dog. His "trigger" would be visitors arriving (we're rural, so there aren't many). He's an SPCA-special with the associated baggage, but an absolute cuddle-bug with people he knows.
